Derek Randall
I’m a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist with over 20 years of experience. I’ve worked with athletes and teams from minor levels to the pros. Originally from Windsor, Ontario, I relocated to Charlotte County in 2020 and opened my own gym on April 1, 2022. I’m dedicated to helping people of all backgrounds reach their goals while developing athletes to their full potential.
