Not only are you getting the custom programming you are getting supervised coaching with this membership at a 6 to 1 client to coach ratio. We also do full body composition testing, hormonal balance testing, upper and lower body structural balance testing as well as work on nutrition with you.

Sports performance training is training of the body and mind to prepare the athlete for the rigors of a specific sport.
It differs from personal training in that the athlete is conditioned and prepared properly to compete in their sport of choice, rather than broader general fitness. AVAILABLE FOR BASEBALL, FOOTBALL AND HOCKEY

The Strongfit Bootcamp is taught by STRONGFIT Certified Coaches and will be lead by Haley Randall who is a University of Windsor Law School Graduate, World Champion Powerlifter, One of the Worlds Best Strongwoman athletes, and she now holds the record for the Heaviest deadlift in Canadian history.

Strongman Saturdays are designed to be fun and motivating for everyone that want's to try Strongman training.
This is for all levels who want to get there hands on Strongman implements and learn the forms and techniques from our Elite Strongfit Strength coaches and share ideas and tips with others while challenging yourself to improve.

This was created to give everyone a competitive atmosphere and help motivate and push one another
while learning and sharing tips from other lifters and coaches.
